Who can order?
Qualified researchers aged 21 or older purchasing for in-vitro laboratory research. We may ask for institutional or professional details and may decline any request.
Are these products for personal use?
No. Every product is sold strictly for laboratory research use only. They are not for human or veterinary use, and are not drugs, foods, supplements, or cosmetics. We cannot provide any guidance on use in people or animals, and requests of that kind will be declined.
Why is there no checkout button?
We work by order request. Submit the form, and we confirm availability, your total and payment directly by text or email before anything is charged.
How do I pay?
We do not take cards. Accepted methods: USDC (Base), USDC (Solana), Bitcoin, Ethereum, Cash App, Zelle, Cash. Cash is available for same-day pickup and local delivery only. After confirming your order we send a payment request with the exact amount and the wallet address or handle; payment details are never posted on the site. Crypto payments must be received in full before an order ships. In-stock items are reserved for 24 hours pending payment.
What deals are available?
Multi-vial deals, mix & match: 2 vials 5% off, 3 vials 10% off, 4+ vials 15% off. The discount is applied automatically based on the total number of vials in one order request, and your final total is confirmed in your payment request.
How does the Monthly Box work?
Monthly Box: any 4 vials, 25% off, free shipping, renews monthly. Swap picks anytime; cancel anytime after your 2nd box. Choose exactly 4 vials from the catalog. Each month is invoiced through the same payment methods (crypto, Cash App, Zelle; cash for local pickup or delivery). The Monthly Box discount does not stack with multi-vial deals.
Do you offer same-day pickup or local delivery in the RGV?
Yes, for in-stock items: same-day pickup in McAllen or local delivery across the Rio Grande Valley, by arrangement once your request is confirmed. Service area: McAllen, Edinburg, Mission, Pharr, Weslaco, Harlingen, Brownsville & the Rio Grande Valley.
How do WELCOME10 and the crypto/Zelle discount work?
Sign up with your email to get WELCOME10, worth 10% off your first order. It doesn't stack with multi-vial deals; you automatically get whichever saves more. Paying with crypto (USDC, Bitcoin, Ethereum) or Zelle takes an extra 5% off and stacks with either, up to a 25% total discount. Neither applies to the Monthly Box.
How is quality verified?
Every lot is entered into our testing program: in-house screening, with batches sent to an independent third-party lab for HPLC (purity) and mass-spec (identity) verification. Certificates of Analysis are available on request from our Certificates of Analysis page.
Is shipping free?
Free shipping on orders $150+. Local pickup and RGV delivery are always free. Monthly Box orders always ship free. Shipping on smaller orders is quoted in your payment request.
How fast do you ship?
In-stock items ship within 1–2 business days with tracking. Other catalog items ship within 3–5 business days, and tracking is emailed within 48 hours of shipment. Orders ship in discreet, protective packaging.
How should research materials be stored?
Sealed lyophilized vials are generally stored at −20 °C, dry and protected from light. Always follow the storage conditions on the lot COA.
Can I cancel or return an order?
Because of the nature of research materials, opened items cannot be returned. See our Terms of Sale for details.
